Reseller for a host that allows filesharing

Are there any hosts here that allow filesharing on their servers and that are looking for resellers? I'm interested in becoming a reseller for a host that allows filesharing

You mean illegal filesharing of warez/music/whatever? Ask around for companies that want to have their servers seized, may have more luck finding your host..

If you're looking for anything...well bad, you might want to look overseas. If you are just talking about running a strict download site (legal content) I believe just about any reseller will allow this if you don't go over your bandwidth.

I mean sites with Bittorrent technology, DC++ hubs, FXP BOARDS, ed2k link sites. This all is 100% legal but controversial that's why it's hard to find a host that allows it.

I doubt you'll find many hosts wanting to take on that responsibility. If you think it's 100% legal, point your browser to Http://www.suprnova.org and tell me what you see.

suprnova went down on voluntarily because they had bandwith problems

They went down because of the major legal pressure being placed on them. http://www.slyck.com/news.php?story=626 live radio interview - http://stfu.fraggedhosting.com/sloncek.mp3 suprnova closing faq - http://www.silentdragz.net/suprfaq/ raids on major torrent trackers - http://www.fk2w.com/html/modules.php...rder=0&thold=0 list goes on and on, as said earlier you might want to look towards oversea hosts

And in case you are the guy that likes illegal torrents, I will post an excerpt from another forum i frequent for your own benifit. Take it as you will no harm meant by it. I can attack the pictures if people want.

I've never heared of something called illegal torrents. Torrents only point where files can be found on the web and are 100% legal. Sites got raided yes but no real charges where made against the admins because their site is legal nor has any host suffered any damage for hosting a torrent site

We can drag this out into long discussions over if it's legal or not. Torrents are used in large part to distribute pirated software/movies/music. I have yet to hear of a single US based host that would allow links to torrents on any website =/ It's just not safe for them as a host. There is no specific law saying that it's illegal, but who wants to be the first case for the lawsuit?

All legal issues aside (and there are many). I wouldn't want to be on the same shared server as the guy providing "filesharing." If I see a webhost allowing "filesharing," you can trust I would not want to have my site(s) with them. I don't care how fat their pipes are...
