Default charset does not work

Hi I have a big problem with some of my customers when i upgraded apache to a new server. It looks like UTF-8 / ISO-8895-1 problem but i don't know how to fix this. If a go to http://adcona.se.tmp.wk.se the webside does not resolve right and i get some typical UTF8 errors in the page. If a go to the same URL but this time enter the location of the DefaultIndex http://adcona.se.tmp.wk.se/index.html it works fine. Its the same file!. I have tried to change the AddDefaultCharset On|Off|ISO-8895-1|UTF-8 without any success both in httpd.conf and in virtualhosts file. What could it be that makes this errors?

Hej, No problem when I browse both links, using IE8 Which browser are using? Can you try with another computer or ask friends to check it too? Try refresh the browser.

Good. It takes up to 72 hours for the IP and domain to resolve all over the world. Perhaps my ISP was fast and that's why I didn't see any difference. It would be interesting to check with the same computer that gave you errors yesterday. BTW: Nice website design. The Sverige flag in home page is not working.

I tested now, it works fine. My httpd conf says AddDefaultCharset off so i use that setting for now.
