In need of reliable hosting service

| Hello
We currently have a host that I have completely lost respect for, I operate an online business and over the course of the last 2 weeks we have been lucky if all our sites are up for 8 hours a day.
I have sent them several email regarding this issue and they respond. by giving excuses about upgrades ect. I didnt just fall off the turnip truck I have had the pleasure of repairing hardware and trouble shooting software issues in the past and there is no excuse for service this bad.
I was wondering if anyone can recommend a reliable host that can provide a resller account ( I do not resell I use all for my own sites)
I need 2 dedicated IP's
10000 disk
100000 transfer minimum
unlimited domains
mysql
c-panel
and UPTIME reliability.....
please post referals in this post or email me I need to change asap
Also Paypal would be preferred payment method and I am currently spending 34.00 / month
I will not move to any kids or new companies so please dont waste your time or mine.

| That may be the cause of your troubles.
If you were to raise your budget a bit you would be able to find a provider that won't have the troubles you are currently facing.

| 10000 disk space is my current alottment but we do not use that much
100,000 mbs of bandwidth ( Transfer) we use most of it
Also I do not mind increasing my budget, for perfect host

| I am located on the east coast, our online activity is mainly us canada but around 25% of users are worldwide

| Its impressive to see that you know where your online activity is coming from.
There are plenty of hosts here that can help you out.
Your options at WHT are as follows:
Utilize the offers section and host quote.
Utilize the search feature here to research the hosts you have interest in.
Contact the hosts in question. E-mail their sales and support departments at different times of the day to test not only the response time but also the content of the response.

host quote submitted, But I am really looking for references to match up with quotes, Quotes are great but if quotes are from shady businesses whats the point?
I guess what i am really looking for is the opinions of other members and referrals of RELIABLE hosts
