my.cnf suggestions ?

I am looking for suggestions on how to write the most optimum my.cnf for my server.
The server is EQ4 from hetzner.
It has:
i7 920 CPU
8GB DDR3 ram
Currently I have in my.cnf:
Any additional advices, will be appreciated.

Have you already tried optimizing with tools like tuning-primer.sh and mysqltuner.pl

I am waiting for 48 hours to start checking tuning-primer.sh results, but any additional information to consider will be great of course.

Thank you for moving it to the correct section, I didn't know where to post it.
So I assumed dedicated servers would be the best section.

what applications are you running on your server. you can optimize it based on the application and access requests too

I am running 8 php/mysql websites, we have over-all around 30k visits per hour in total for all sites.
We have 1 website with a load hunger php scripts and mysql queries besides a large mysql DB.
Currently we only have 8 websites only on the server.
The scripts are optimized as much as we could and the queries are well indexed, the load in most cases is around 1 but sometimes in peak hours it jumps to 5 or 6.
