Bad Start With HostingLite.com

I hate having to do this, but if it keeps one other person from being frustrated like I am right now, it's worth it.
I signed up for a reseller account with HostingLite.com on 2/22. I signed up with their small 4/30 reseller account, and paid extra for two IP addresses. The account was setup quickly.
I received an email from Fred the following morning, apologizing and saying that they were out of IP addresses at the moment. I was promised they would be in my account the following morning. After waiting most of 2/23 I had to inquire again, and was told they would be available "in the next 6-8 hours." That was 7 hours go so I continue to wait.
In the meantime, I had asked about 2 other things. The main domain I signed up with doesn't show up in my WHM. I've had reseller accounts with various companies, and most of the time my main domain does show up in my WHM. Once it didn't, but a day or two after opening the account, it appeared. So I asked them if it was possible for it to show in my WHM, so I can alter the amount of disk space and bandwidth manually.
I also asked (and I admit this part was my fault for not specifying when signing up) if one of the IPs I was waiting for could be used for the main domain in my account. I even told them if they needed to delete the account and start over (I would re-upload the site) it wasn't a problem. I just want my main domain on one of those IPs.
Both of these questions have been asked repeatedly, but completely ignored in replies I receive. If it's not possible, I understand. But avoiding my questions completely is unacceptable, IMO.
On a humorous note, shortly after signing up for the account I received an automated email saying my domain had resolved to their server. Wow, my registrar must be psychic, because I haven't even changed the nameservers yet!
After reading through some messages here, I chose HostingLite over Varhosting. Did I make a mistake?

Update: the IP addresses have appeared in my account, but my questions remain unanswered.

Fred has taken care of everything. Provided me the IPs, moved my main account onto one of them and it now shows in my WHM. My only issue now is the lack of communication over the last few days. He told me he didn't address the other questions because they were IP based. That would have been enough of an answer to me while waiting for the IPs. It would have also been enough to keep me from starting this thread in the first place.
A little extra effort for communication would be appreciated. We'll see how things go from here.

I like the sound of that.

Hiya,
I just wanted to apologize for the delay in getting everything set up. The Viper server ran out or IP addresses. We had a few of them, but the sold out the day before you signed up (The account before you actually purchased the last two). I put in a request for some more IPs to the datacenter, but this took them a while to do.
I wanted to hold off on your other questions because I didn't know if I was going to have to delete your account or not. I didn't want you to start working on it and then have it erased because we had to move you to a server with available IPs. Its my fault for not e-mailing you back telling you this. I just assumed that the IPs would be ready in the morning and that I would answer everything at one time.
I've gotten into the lazy habit of flagging messages in Outlook and then forgetting about them.
Normally we don't give resellers control of there domain. I did for you because you specially requested it, but since overselling is enabled, we see no need for a reseller to have it unless they ask for it.
The automated e-mail means that your account can be seen from inside our network. I know its a little confusing; I tried to turn it off, but for some reason it still sends.
Once again, its my fault that I didn't reply to you earlier. Normally I reply right away, but things have been a little awkward for me in the past few days (long story).
Well, I think this is a long enough apology. :-) Lets end it by saying, Welcome to the HiyaCorp Family.
