Well I have my first bitch... I moved my equipment on Jan 23rd to the new colo cage and took a basically empty rack. Today there was a power failure on it and NO ONE RESPONDS. I have called, emailed, voicemailed. NOTHING from these guys. Bad, really bad.... CT.

Their website is up for me. If it is merely an issue with your account then keep trying to contact them. Posting here will get you nothing.

The "power strip" on my rack went bad and it took them 12 hours to fix it!
