Spry - Password H*ll

This isn't an outage, but I don't know where else to turn. I logged into WHM this morning, changed the password which didn't take, and now can't login as root any longer. So off I went to Spry's ticket system and it to doesn't like my password either. When I clicked on "forgot your password" to have it emailed to me over an hour ago, I still haven't received a response. Now it's been over 5 hours, 2 voicemail messages left for Spry, and I'm still without any way to get in contact with Spry nor has anyone responded. I also checked to ensure that I didn't owe any money and I'm paid up until March or April. After 2 or 3 years of this stuff, I can't wait to leave Spry

They made have to login as single user to reset the password. Joey
