script to remove accounts

I need to delete cpanel accounts from my server which no longer poits to my server, is there a quick script to do this any one please help

If a client is paying for such accounts why delete them I would say, install a Billing system (WHMCS is recommended) that keeps track of unpaid clients and delete them if they go unpaid for specific amount of days.
