Virtuozzo CPU limit?

Hi All With Virtuozzo platform, I was told by my tech that there is no direct method or procedure to control the CPU limit in Ghz. But how do provider like Hostgator do it? How do you work out the limit with CPU like 2 x Xeon E5620.

The article didn't mention how to set the CPU limit in "Ghz". All I can see is how to allocate CPU in term of percentage.

With a bit of basic math, it's easy to come up with a percentage. Let's say your processor is capable of doing 10.4 ghz: 10.4/100=0.104 1% = 0.104 ghz 10% = 1.04 ghz etc, etc
