When I need help,
always have this message only:
All representatives are currently busy. Please wait.

Have you tried their Live Chat which seems to be online right now at different times of the day? Also a phone call might solve the problem.
Phone: 713.490.2087

It only took me about 20 seconds to reach one of their support people over livechat. Two "All representatives are currently busy. Please wait." messages appeared but then I was chatting with someone named Rich.

It seems that Varhost is just a resseler....Look at their Nameserver ....They are using JumpServer....And their Website they are using the free applicaiton by Mambo software....
I think Varhost is a one man show business....
By looking at their website and their namserver you will know what kind of hosting they are....If they cant atleast invest on their website make it more actrative for the customer eyes then their service will be bad too...

Tytus, I can vouch.
They're definantly not a reseller from what I've heard. They might be on a VPS Host, but not a reseller host.
Though, you're right about the service.
The less you pay, the worst they give you.
The more you pay, the more they give you.
Sorry Roj, but it's true. Wish I could say better of VARHosting.

By looking at your post I know what type of poster you are, a competitor of varhosting, as a competitor you still have no idea

Nameserver does not tell you anything. Have you seen any other company using jump-server NS? Regarding Mambo, they keep their overhead as low as possible and I dont see any problem using open source CMS.
