WHM/cPanel & Nameserver Configs

I have tried setting up a fresh install of whm and cpanel 3 times now with the nameservers etc setup ive dont it a few times before and had success but just not cracking it this time. When i go to a domain that has an account on the server i get the cpanel default webpage instead of the users directory. Which from what im gathering means the domain is pointing to our new server but its not finding the users home dir. Any ideas GREATLY appreciated because im loosing my mind!

Problem solved id added an account before id changed the main shared ip so the account was referring to another ip
