I even updated the conf file to add my server's main IP File: /etc/owp.conf # installation directory INSTALL_DIR=/opt/ovz-web-panel/ # web server port PORT=3000 # binding IP address, 0.0.0.0 - listen on all interfaces IP=xx.xx.xx.xx # SSL support, on - enable, off - disable SSL=off # web server lock file LOCK_FILE=/var/lock/owp

I never used this panel before but have you checked to see where port 3000 is looking? Is it looking into folder /opt/ovz-web-panel/ or /var/www ? It looks like its looking in the wrong apache directory from the sound of it. Try changing your apache config file to look at /opt/ovz-web-panel/ .

first off, set the ip to 0.0.0.0 so that it listens on all interfaces, restart webrick and do wget ip:3000, what is the content of the page that it retrieves then?
